Kolestrol

Ahad 5 km and 1hour gym
Isnin 10 km
Selasa 5 km and 1 hour gym
Rabu 10km
Jumaat 10km

jadual workout aku setiap minggu . Almost hari-hari aku jog . Pagi breakfast cereal . Tapi lunch balun semacam. Dinner pon x nak kalah lepas ada housemate baru yang masak setiap mlm.

And the consequence is, cholesterol level aku 6.2 .
It is suppose to be below 5.2 .
Tapi ada 2 types of cholesterol .
LDL and HDL.
LDL aku lah tinggi 4.28 . Sepatutnya kena bawah 2.58 . HDL tu is a good cholesterol , it must be more than 1.08 .
So , working out adalah useless kalau makan x jaga. Apatah lagi kalau tak pernah atau jarang bersenam.

Pergilah cek kolestrol level. Jangan tunggu sakit jantung .
