Siapa ada tips.

Tapi sama je .
Jantung masih x mampu nak keep up .

mesti sbb ko slalu lari distance yg sama je kan.. kalau hari2 lari distance yg sama mmg sama je..
ape kata try increase at least lg 2km instead of running 10km everyday.. or maybe try benda lain cth lari2 naik tangga cthnya.. just my personal opinion based on my experience. all the best!
